The BAT32A25x series has a maximum frequency of 80 MHz, conforms to AEC-Q100 Grade1 standards, meets ASIL-B vehicle functional safety certification, and can be widely used in mainstream car body area control applications such as doors, windows, switches, headlights, seats, meters, sensors, and motors.
