According to the “Wuxi Release”, on July 20, Wuxi City and Zhongke Shuguang signed a strategic cooperation agreement to comprehensively deepen cooperation in the four major fields of computing power services, chip design, aerospace information, and smart cities. Among them, at the computing power base level, the two sides will jointly build a national supercomputing center in Wuxi, implement iterative upgrades, and build a new collaborative supply system integrating “supercomputing+intelligent computing”, relying on domestic chips and high-speed interconnection technology. At the chip design level, on the basis of existing cooperation, the two sides will further improve the integrated circuit talent training system, jointly build key laboratories and joint innovation centers, promote the launch of more ecological enterprises, cultivate innovative enterprise clusters, and continue to build a strong chain in the chip design industry.
