Zhitong Finance App News, Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ) announced that on July 20, 2026, the company signed a “Computing Power Service Contract” and a “Computing Power Service Framework Cooperation Agreement” with a state-owned supplier (hereinafter referred to as “SA Supplier”). The company purchased computing power services from SA suppliers and agreed to provide 32 sets of GPU computing power services for a period of 8 years (including a 5-year service period+3-year fixed renewal period). The total amount including tax was 299.57 million yuan. After the 5-year service period expires, there is a 3-year renewal period. During the renewal period, 70% of the net profit generated by the company using the SA supplier's computing power resources to carry out business belongs to the company, 30% of the computing power service fee is paid to the SA supplier; rent is paid within 90 days after the rental commencement date.
