Wukewei, Leuven Instruments, and Zhuolei Laser Science and Technology Innovation Board IPOs “Inquired”

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows that the IPO review status of three companies, including Wuqi, Louvain Instruments, and Zhuolei Laser, has been updated to “Inquired.”

According to the prospectus, Wuqiwei is the earliest domestic chip design company that adopted the RISC-V architecture and achieved commercial implementation and mass production. Since its establishment, it has focused on the development and sale of communication SoC chips and software solutions, and has provided customers with SoC chip customization services. The company is committed to the deep integration of short-range communication and end-side intelligence. It has now built three core capabilities composed of high-bandwidth and low-latency communication technology, end-side multi-modal AI algorithms, and ultra-low power consumption digital-analog hybrid chip design, and has built a complete independent R&D platform based on this, forming the business direction of “connecting the center+end side entrance” two-wheel drive. Up to now, the company's products are mainly used in two major fields: network communication and end-side intelligence.

Leuven Instruments is committed to providing advanced equipment and process solutions for the integrated circuit manufacturing industry. Since its establishment, it has focused on R&D, production and sales of advanced semiconductor equipment. Adhering to the strategy of differentiated development with domestic friends and merchants, the company has formed a multi-category product matrix with ion beam equipment and inductive coupling (ICP) plasma etching equipment as the core, chemical vapor deposition equipment and gas phase decomposition metal contamination collection equipment as the core.
