Jingye Mingbang Group (02231): Total contract sales for the first half of the year was about RMB 34.95 million

According to Zhitong Finance App, Jingye Mingbang Group (02231) announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, the total contract sales of the Group (including its joint ventures and associated companies) were approximately RMB 34.95 million.

On June 30, 2026, the total principal amount of the Group's bank and other loans was approximately RMB 3.119 billion. Of these, loans with a total principal amount of approximately RMB 2,952 billion were deemed to be in default, and the relevant loans must be immediately repaid if requested by the lenders concerned.

On June 30, 2026, the Group was involved in a total of 252 lawsuits, 5 of which involved the Group's bank and other loans (that is, the above cases involving Zhaoqing lenders, Guangzhou lenders, Zengcheng lenders and Qingyuan lenders), with a total dispute amount of approximately RMB 858 million. Of these 5 cases, a final judgment has been handed down in 1 case, involving a total judgment amount of approximately RMB 56.68 million.

The remaining 247 cases involved other disputes arising from the general and routine processes of the Group's property development business. The total amount of disputes was approximately RMB 1,418 billion. Of these 247 cases, final judgements have been handed down in 197 cases, involving a total judgement amount payable by the Group of approximately RMB 300.8 million. Of these, enforcement proceedings have already been initiated in 105 cases, involving a total amount of approximately RMB 184 million.
