CGN Power (01816): Some subsidiaries receive new feed-in tariffs

According to the Zhitong Finance App, CGN Power (01816) announced that Huizhou Unit 1 and Cangnan Unit 1 have been put into commercial operation on April 19, 2026 and April 29, 2026, respectively. Huizhou Unit 2 and Cangnan Unit 2 are in the commissioning stage and are scheduled to be put into commercial operation in the second half of 2026 and 2027, respectively. Recently, CGN Cangnan Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, received the electricity price approval document issued by the Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission. According to this document, the feed-in tariff for Cangnan Units 1 and 2 during commercial operation was implemented in accordance with the provisions of the relevant electricity price policy documents. The feed-in tariff during the period not participating in the market transaction was RMB 0.4153 per kilowatt-hour (tax included). After participating in the electricity market transaction, the feed-in tariff was formed according to market rules.

In addition, CGN Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, has signed a power purchase contract with Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd., which stipulates that feed-in tariffs during commercial operation of Huizhou Units 1 and 2 will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the relevant electricity price policy documents. The feed-in tariff during the period not participating in the market transaction is RMB 0.4153 per kilowatt-hour (tax included). After participating in the electricity market transaction, the feed-in tariff is formed according to market rules.

The company will continue to maintain effective communication with relevant departments of national and local governments, pay close attention to feed-in tariffs for nuclear power units in operation, and continue to do a good job in the safe production of nuclear power units in operation and the engineering construction of nuclear power units under construction.
