On July 20, Alibaba Cloud issued a price adjustment notice for some AgentOne product specifications: Starting July 30, 2026, the smart outbound agent package specifications will be adjusted. The smart outbound agent will no longer provide 5,000 minute and 10,000 minute packages, and the minimum specifications for new purchases and renewals will be uniformly adjusted to 100,000 minutes. The original 5000/10,000 minute package no longer supports renewal; the launched 5000/10,000 minute package can be used normally until the package expires, and is not affected by this adjustment.
