Xianfeng Holdings announced that recently, the joint venture Guangdong Xianfeng Yingshuo Technology Co., Ltd. has completed industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained a “Business License” issued by the Boluo County Market Supervision Administration. The joint venture has a registered capital of RMB 118 million, of which Xianfeng Dongguan invested RMB 60.18 million in currency, with a shareholding ratio of 51%; Guangdong Yingshuo invested 57.82 million yuan in currency and in kind, with a shareholding ratio of 49%.
