The “Plan” was jointly issued by 16 departments in Shandong, and 14 specific measures are proposed around the construction of a clinical research cooperation platform, the establishment of an industry incubation support system, and the clinical application of innovative products. The “Plan” proposes to jointly establish the Shandong Brain-Computer Interface Clinical Research Alliance by relying on universities and top talent teams with research foundations in the province and superior units within the United Nations.
