The Fifth Research Group of the International Telecommunication Union Standardization Bureau was recently held in Antipolis, Sophia, France. The two topics “Computational Power Collaboration Framework and Requirements for Mitigating Climate Change” and “Technical Requirements for Computational Power Collaboration Platforms for Mitigating Climate Change”, led by the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology, were successfully completed.
