The company's shareholders deposited 339.789 million shares in Citibank, increasing their shareholding ratio by 8.21%.

Ximei Resources issued an announcement. The placement was completed on June 5, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement and subscription agreement. The joint placement agents have successfully placed a total of 34.1 million sales shares to no less than six undertakers at a purchase price of HK$16.10 per sale share according to best efforts. According to the director's full knowledge, knowledge and conviction after making all reasonable inquiries, the various undertakers and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties and have not acted in concert with the seller.

As all conditions for completion of the subscription have been met, the company allotted and issued 34.1 million subscription shares to the seller at HK$16.10 per subscribed share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement and subscription agreement on June 10, 2026.
