According to the Zhitong Finance App, Longyuan Electric Power (001289.SZ) announced that the company is currently operating well, and the controlling shareholders are confident about the prospects of the new energy industry and the company's development.

In order to further support the company's development, China Energy Group, the controlling shareholder, actively promoted the implementation of capital market commitments. On October 22, 2024, the board of directors agreed that the company would purchase shares in a total of 8 new energy companies in Shandong, Jiangxi, Gansu and Guangxi regions held by the National Energy Group in cash. The total installed capacity of the target companies in operation and construction was 2,032,900 kilowatts. Up to now, the above share acquisitions have been completed and included in the company's consolidated statements. Currently, the National Energy Group is actively promoting the injection of the next batch of new energy assets.

Since the A-share listing in 2022, the company has accumulated cash dividends of RMB 7.337 billion. On March 29, 2025, the company disclosed the “2025-2027 Cash Dividend Plan” and proposed that the annual cash dividend ratio from 2025 to 2027 should not be less than 30% of the net profit attributable to shareholders achieved in that year, with the aim of actively giving back to investors, improving shareholder returns, and stabilizing market expectations. In August 2025, the company implemented interim dividends for the first time, and distribution was completed in December. In the future, the company will comprehensively consider operating conditions, financial performance, cash flow conditions, investment needs and future development plans, implement a “long-term, stable and sustainable” shareholder value return mechanism to maximize the company's value and shareholder interests.
