Baose Co., Ltd. (300402.SZ) plans to invest 970 million yuan to build an intelligent manufacturing project for high-end oversized equipment

(300402.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of the “Baose High-end Overrun Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Project” in the Nanjing Jiangning Binjiang Economic Development Zone and sign a “Project Investment Agreement” with the Nanjing Jiangning Binjiang Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The total investment of the project is 970 million yuan, covering an area of about 176 acres, with a total construction area of about 68,700 square meters. The construction content of the project covers civil engineering, supporting public facilities, and procurement and installation of production equipment; the construction period is 36 months; the production period of the project is expected to generate a production capacity of 25,000 tons of large-scale non-standard equipment per year.

With the construction of this project, the company will add a batch of automated and intelligent production equipment, promote the deep integration of traditional manufacturing processes with industrial informatization and intelligent technology, coordinate construction around dimensions such as digital design, intelligent production scheduling, remote equipment monitoring, enterprise information management, and networked services, and promote the implementation of smart factories in an orderly manner. After the project is put into operation, it will comprehensively enhance the company's intelligent manufacturing capabilities, shape a new core competitive advantage, improve production quality and efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise's industry.
