Jinfang Pharmaceutical-B (02595) completed the issuance of 13.6 million placement shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinfang Pharmaceutical-B (02595) issued an announcement. All conditions contained in the placement agreement have been met, and delivery has been carried out on July 17, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 13.6 million shares at the placement price of HK$34.69 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, accounting for approximately 3.87% of H shares and 3.54% of the total number of issued shares as of the date of this announcement.

The total proceeds from the placement amounted to HK$471.8 million, while the net proceeds from the placement (after deducting commissions and estimated expenses) were approximately HK$466.9 million.
