Global Digital Holdings (00339): Pang Chaoen appointed as independent non-executive director

(1) Mr. Wang Daming has resigned as an executive director, effective July 17, 2026; (2) Ms. YAN Jia has resigned as a non-executive director and a member of the Company Nomination Committee, effective July 17, 2026; and (3) Mr. Chen Ming has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the Company Audit Committee, effective July 17, 2026.

Ms. Pang Chaoen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from July 17, 2026.

Since July 17, 2026, Ms. Zhang Aiping, a non-executive director, and Ms. Pang Chaoen, an independent non-executive director, have been appointed as members of the Company's Nomination Committee and as members of the Company's Audit Committee respectively.
