After this change in equity, Mr. Fu Shitao directly held 29.168,500 shares of the company, accounting for 26.76% of the company's total share capital; Hetu Investment held 673,400 shares of the company, accounting for 0.62% of the company's total share capital; and Jingkun Investment held 8,3061 shares of the company, accounting for 0.08% of the company's total share capital. This change will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company.
