Funeng Co., Ltd. announced that from May 12 to July 17, 2026, the controlling shareholder Energy Group reduced its holdings of “Funeng Convertible Bonds” by a total of 4,648,680 shares, of which 842,480 were transferred to equity companies acting in concert. Prior to this change, Energy Group and its co-actors held a total of 21,324,510 “Funeng Convertible Bonds”, accounting for 56.08% of the total amount issued; after the change, they held a total of 17,518,310 shares, accounting for 46.08%, or 10% of the change.
