Regarding this personnel change, Xiaohongshu has not officially issued an announcement or responded to the outside world.

According to information, Nash is the general manager of the Xiaohongshu Business Education and General Business Group. He is responsible for platform education, local lifestyle, and commercialization of the general industry, and is a key figure in the platform monetization sector. At the Xiaohongshu Education Industry Summit in June of this year, Nash publicly shared the latest data on the platform's education circuit, revealing that the number of users interested in education on the site has exceeded 280 million, and the number of education-related searches has increased by more than 253% over the same period last year, intuitively demonstrating the track's growth potential.

In February of this year, Xiaohongshu took the lead in completing core structural adjustments, officially splitting the two major systems of advertising commercialization and e-commerce transactions, and clarifying the division of labor between executives: Aung Yang, Nash, and Miyang focused on commercial business and deepened advertising and commercial monetization in various industries; Audi, Xiao He, and Miou were solely responsible for e-commerce transactions; and Yinshi was transferred to the international e-commerce sector.

At the end of April, Xiaohongshu issued a letter from all employees, announcing that Conan will be the company's president, fully integrating the four core systems of community, e-commerce, commercialization and technology to coordinate the overall operation and development of the platform; at the same time, CMO Zhiheng will perform duties to unify the entire advertising commercialization and e-commerce transaction business chain, and further centralize the platform commercialization system.
