According to the “Liaoning Release”, recently, the Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Data and Government Affairs Service and other departments jointly issued the “Liaoning Province Action Plan to Promote Innovation and Development of the Data Labeling Industry and Accelerate the Construction of High Quality Data Sets”, clarifying the overall ideas for the development of the data labeling industry and the construction of high-quality data sets in the next three years. It is proposed that by the end of 2028, about 5 provincial data labeling bases will be built, with more than 30,000 employees, and an industrial scale of more than 8 billion yuan.
