Sanhuan Group (06951): Proposed election of the 12th Board of Directors

According to Zhitong Finance App, Sanhuan Group (06951) issued an announcement. Since the term of the 11th board of directors has expired, it will select and form the 12th board of directors in accordance with the company's articles of association and relevant regulatory regulations. The 12th board of directors will be composed of 8 directors, including 3 executive directors, 2 non-executive directors and 3 independent non-executive directors. The board of directors agreed to (i) re-elect Mr. Zhang Wanzhen as a non-executive director of the 12th board of directors; (ii) re-elect Mr. Li Gang, Mr. Ma Yanhong and Mr. Qiu Jihua as executive directors of the 12th board of directors; (iii) re-elect Mr. Jiang Lijun, Mr. Su Yanqi, and Ms. Huang Siying as independent non-executive directors of the 12th board of directors. The above candidates for directors are all current directors. After the director candidates mentioned above are elected as directors at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, they will form the 12th board of directors of the company together with the employee representative directors elected through the employee congress. Their term of office is three years, effective from the date of approval of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held by the company.
