Honghai Hi-Tech Resources (00065): Ji Yuan was appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Remuneration Committee

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Honghai Hi-Tech Resources (00065) issued an announcement, which will take effect from July 15, 2026:

(a) Kwong Pui Yin has resigned as a non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively;

(b) Mr. Lee Wai Ming has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer the respective chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee;

(c) Mr. Lee Ju-fai has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee;

(d) Ms Ji Yuan has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Remuneration Committee;

(e) Ms. Liu Luqing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee; and

(f) Mr. Wu Yingji has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
