Recently, China and Namibia signed the “Framework Agreement on Joint Economic Development Partnership between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Namibia”. The Framework Agreement clearly states that the two sides will further deepen cooperation in the economic and trade fields, jointly enhance economic resilience and development momentum, focus on sustainable development and inclusive growth, and vigorously promote the development of the Namibian manufacturing industry and agricultural transformation and upgrading. This is the 38th time that an African country that has established diplomatic relations has signed a framework agreement with China. It is another practical act by China to help African countries share hyperscale markets and broad development opportunities.
