The Zhitong Finance App learned that Pacific Shipping (02343) rose by more than 5%. As of press release, it had risen 5.23% to HK$3.22, with a turnover of HK$40.151,900.

According to the news, the Baltic Exchange Dry Bulk Freight Index rose for the fourth consecutive trading day on Tuesday. Driven by stronger freight rates for all ship types, the index rose about 0.7% to close at 2,980 points, a new high since June 5. Huachuang Securities pointed out that it is optimistic about the potential of the dry market. The dry market has continued to warm up since the second half of '25, and has remained strong for 26 years. Since April, the BDI index has accelerated and surpassed 3,000 points; on the volume side, the transportation demand for iron ore, bauxite, coal, and food resonates. On the supply side, the effects of the Middle East conflict and strait traffic obstruction are spreading to the Panama Canal, causing congestion and extended transit time, and consuming effective capacity.
