We learned from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources that from 8 o'clock on July 14 to 8 o'clock on July 15, heavy to torrential rain fell in places such as Chengdu and Mianyang in Sichuan. Heavy rain in some places caused 3 geological disasters in Leshan City. A total of 14,303 safe havens were transferred early in Sichuan Province, including 5,517 in Mianyang, 4,027 in Liangshan, and 3,328 in Ya'an.
