The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 14, Xiaoyu Yingtong (00139) had a position change. The total market value of the transfer was HK$14.09.45 million, accounting for 11.12%. The company's shareholders transferred 25.37 million shares to the Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC Bank and 159 million shares from Zhongda Securities Investment.

Xiaoyu Yingtong previously issued an announcement stating that after all the prerequisites of the placement agreement were reached, the placement was completed on July 3, 2026, and all 245.7 million shares of the placement shares were distributed and issued to no less than six undertakers in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
