According to the Zhitong Finance App, CGN Technology (000881.SZ) released the 2026 semi-annual results forecast. The company expects to achieve a loss of 100 million yuan to 130 million yuan in net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the 2026 half year, compared to a loss of 998.153 million yuan for the same period last year.

The main reasons for the changes in the company's performance are:

1. Healthcare business: During the reporting period, the company continued to expand the market and add orders related to proton therapy systems. Since the relevant projects have not yet met the revenue recognition requirements, revenue has not yet been recognized for the current period. At the same time, the company continues to invest in R&D and market cultivation related expenses, and the business is currently in a state of loss;

2. New materials business: During the reporting period, due to rising international crude oil prices, the company's main raw material procurement costs increased, resulting in a year-on-year decline in product gross margin. The company has actively responded to cost pressure through supply chain optimization and product structure upgrades;

3. Electron accelerator and irradiation business: During the reporting period, the gross profit of this business was basically the same as the same period last year. In terms of accelerator business, the company insists on R&D innovation as the core. In order to strengthen R&D talent reserves, the cost during the period increased compared to the previous period;

4. Pelagic fishery business: During the reporting period, due to safety factors in African waters at the beginning of the year, the company stopped production in stages to avoid risk, and production and sales scale contracted year-on-year; combined with rising fuel costs, overall production and sales volume and gross margin declined compared to the same period last year.
