It successfully won the bid for iconic projects such as Shenzhen's Xinhuanggang Port. In terms of real estate development, unaudited contract sales in the second quarter were about RMB 2,924 million, and the contract sales area was about 138,400 square meters, up 8.6% from the previous quarter; the group completed a total of 7 projects in several phases, with a construction area of about 485,000 square meters.
