Zhitong Finance App News, International Home Furnishing Retail (01373) issued an announcement to coincide with the 35th anniversary of “JHC”. The Group is moving towards a new milestone through a comprehensive brand upgrade. In order to meet long-term development goals and strategic market positioning, the Group has comprehensively upgraded its flagship retail brands. Starting July 15, 2026, the flagship retail brand will officially upgrade from “JHC Japan Town” to “JHC Really Nice City”. The plan will be fully driven by the following four core business growth pillars:

1. Optimize the product portfolio and implement “real quality”: Continuously optimize the product portfolio and strive to implement “real quality” certification for our brand products. Through the full implementation of strict quality testing agreements and certification processes, customers can enjoy buying and using it with peace of mind.

2. Improve customer experience and create “real service”: comprehensively improve service standards in physical stores and digital channels, and add product tasting and trial experience areas in designated stores to enhance the customer-centered retail shopping experience with more warm interaction.

3. Deepen strategic cooperation and build a “real life” platform: actively form alliances with strategic partners in different fields, use more than 260 branches to connect a huge community network, build a “real good life” platform for everyday life in the neighborhood, and create collaborative value.

4. Expand the banking economy and practice ESG “really inclusive”: Actively deploy a diverse community retail network, combined with investment in ESG (environmental, social and governance) integration.
