05:03 AM EDT, 07/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Novo Nordisk (NOVO-B.CO) reported positive interim results from its phase 3 study for Mim8, its investigational subcutaneous FVIIIa-mimetic antibody treatment for hemophilia A, according to a July 11 release. In its Frontier4 extension study, interim analysis showed that Mim8's safety and efficacy were consistent with its previous Frontier trials, with patients experiencing lower treatment burdens for patients aged one and older and alleviated joint pain for patients aged 12 and above. Additionally, injection-site reactions happened at low rates across all age groups, while 71% of adult patients and 89% of child patients across all doses had zero treated bleeds.
