According to the report, the traffic volume of the Strait of Hormuz has recently experienced sharp ups and downs. The Strait of Hormuz recorded a total of 51 passages on the 7th, and the number of ships leaving the Persian Gulf surged to 35; 35 trips were recorded on the 8th, and only 2 of the 18 ships left via the southern channel, indicating that after the attack the night before, ship operators chose to avoid the channel close to Oman; from the night of the 8th to the early morning of the 9th, the Strait of Hormuz recorded only 5 passages, and only 1 left the Persian Gulf.
