According to company type statistics, the contract sales amount of the Group's subsidiaries is RMB 216 million, the sales area is 16,865 square meters, and the average sales price is RMB 12,830 per square meter; of these, the sales amount using housing credit is RMB 28 million, the sales area is 7,114 square meters, and the average sales price is RMB 3,950 per square meter. The contract sales amount of the joint venture company was RMB 38 million, with a sales area of 3,633 square meters, with an average sales price of RMB 10,471 per square meter; of these, the sales amount using housing credit was RMB 06 million, the sales area was 208 square meters, and the average sales price was RMB 27,619 per square meter.
