Liven to Buy Three Properties in Estonia for EUR40 Million Mixed-use Project

02:01 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Liven (LVN1T.TL) said Thursday its Liven Kodu 25 subsidiary agreed to buy three properties in Tallinn, Estonia, for the 40 million-euro development of a mixed-use project in the city center. Liven Kodu 25 agreed to pay 10 million euros for the project site. The acquisition is subject to the closing of a real right deal, which is expected within two months at the latest. The Estonian property developer said the development will involve the construction of three buildings, each three to seven stories tall, with above-ground building rights covering 15,000 square meters. The project will include more than 160 homes. Construction is planned to start at the end of 2027, with the multi-stage development expected to be completed between 2029 and 2031.
