  • Tampa-based Souza Development announces Alissa Sieben as its new President. Alissa brings a powerful combination of legal expertise, real estate development experience, and entrepreneurial leadership. With a cum laude JD from Florida State University, Alissa will guide large-scale commercial and master-planned projects.
  • Brandon Delanois has been hired as the new Market Leader and Managing Director for CBRE’s Orlando, Florida, business, effective Jan. 1, 2026. He will oversee business operations and drive the growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines in the Orlando market, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation and property management. He most recently served as Managing Director of JLL’s Retail Advisory group, where he focused on the Central, Southwest and North Florida markets.
  • STV announced the opening of its new office in Lake Mary, Florida. It’s located in the Colonial TownPark mixed-use development in the heart of Seminole County’s business corridor. The new office brings together STV and colleagues from MEHTA Engineering, an STV company, under one collaborative workspace. The firm partners with state and local agencies – including the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and regional transit and municipal clients – to deliver projects that enhance mobility.  
  • Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Renaissance Plaza, a 58,682-square-foot retail center in Ormond Beach, Florida, for $7.7 million. Marcus & Millichap marketed the property for Ty & Tovah Lohman, an Ormond Beach developer and investor, and procured the buyer, DRG Real Estate. Built in 1988, Renaissance Plaza is located at 431 S. Nova Road on a 5.93-acre site. The fully occupied property consists of two multi-tenant retail buildings.
