Nashville-Area Apartment Community Trades for $106M

General Services recently paid $106 million for The Paxton Cool Springs, a 328-unit multifamily project in Cool Springs, south of Nashville. The Nashville Business Journal reports that General Services inked a $63 million acquisition loan from Newmark to accompany the purchase. Starlight Investments was the buyer.

The complex, located at 2007 Knoll Top Lane, was developed by Middleburg Communities and opened in 2019. Middleburg sold the property to Starlight in 2022 for $82.9 million.

General Services paid $88.2 million for The Lodge Bellevue multifamily development, located at 645 Old Hickory Blvd. in Nashville, in 2024.

General Services Corp. owns and manages dozens of apartment complexes across the country in states like Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Virginia and South Carolina.
