After studying the new “National Security Strategy” document released by the US government at the end of last year, American independent journalist Ben Norton discovered that the US government is trying to move the manufacturing industry from countries far from the sphere of influence of the United States to Latin America covered by US hegemony by implementing the “nearshore manufacturing” strategy.
