China Construction Machinery Industry Association: Sales of 2,3095 excavators of various types increased 19.2% year-on-year in December 2025

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Industry Association on major excavator manufacturers, 2,3095 excavators of various types were sold in December 2025, an increase of 19.2% over the previous year. Its sales volume in China was 10,331 units, up 10.9% year on year; export volume was 12,764 units, up 26.9% year on year.

In 2025, a total of 235,257 excavators were sold, up 17% year on year; it sold 118,518 units in China, up 17.9% year on year; exported 11,6739 units, up 16.1% year on year.

In December 2025, 39 electric excavators were sold (11 units below the 6-ton class, 7 units in the 6-10-ton class, 2 units in the 10-18.5-ton class, 19 units in the 18.5-28.5-ton class, 1 in the 28.5-40-ton class, and 1 in the 40-ton class).

According to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Industry Association on major loader manufacturers, 12,236 loaders of various types were sold in December 2025, an increase of 30% over the previous year. Its sales volume in China was 5,291 units, up 17.6% year on year; export volume was 6,945 units, up 41.5% year on year.

In 2025, a total of 12,8067 loaders of various types were sold, an increase of 18.4% over the previous year. Its sales volume in China was 66,330 units, up 22.1% year on year; export volume was 61,737 units, up 14.6% year on year.
