First Deputy Speaker of Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Alexander Korniyenko said on the 8th that the working group responsible for formulating legislative proposals relating to the special period of wartime conditions and post-war elections held a meeting on the same day. Currently, seven subordinate groups have been set up and will work within the framework of the working group. He said that according to the relevant arrangements, these working groups are required to prepare draft relevant legislation by the end of January. He also revealed that the next meeting of the working group is scheduled to be held in early February. These teams will be responsible for election administration, security standards, guarantee of voting rights for military personnel, election mechanisms for internally displaced persons and residents of temporarily occupied territories, overseas referendum arrangements, election information security and campaign propaganda regulations, and implementation of Ukraine's international obligations in the field of elections.
