According to Zhitong Finance App News, Jingfa Property (01354.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Wu Suozheng, executive director, will no longer serve as the nomination committee chairman and member; Mr. Cao Yang, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Ms. Li Lingxiao, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee with effect from January 8, 2026.
