Runjian Co., Ltd. (002929.SZ) signed a cooperation agreement with JD Technology in the fields of AI applications, cloud computing, and intelligent computing power

Zhitong Finance App News, Runjian Co., Ltd. (002929.SZ) announced that the company and JD Technology Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“JD Technology”) signed a “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” on January 8, 2026. The two sides cooperate on artificial intelligence (AI) applications, cloud computing, and intelligent computing power.

The agreement agreed that the two sides will join hands to further expand industrial integration and commercial practices of artificial intelligence technology. They plan to jointly explore and promote large-scale implementation and value creation of AI solutions in the fields of smart agriculture, smart parks, digital cultural tourism, and smart retail by integrating the technical advantages of both parties in industry model development, intelligent distillation and collaboration, and multi-agent system construction, combined with the two parties' ability to commercialize AI.

The two sides have jointly invested in core resources, cooperated to deploy a high-performance intelligent computing node exclusive to JD Cloud at the Wuxiangyungu Intelligent Computing Center in Nanning, and plan to jointly build a Guangxi cloud service node. Relying on its leading cloud technology architecture and huge ecological resource system support, JD plans to comprehensively assist Runjian Co., Ltd. in completing the technical upgrade and brand strengthening of “Runjianyun”, and also use JD's broad market channels to jointly promote the business expansion of “Runjianyun” products and services in diversified markets.

The two sides plan to carry out full-stack in-depth cooperation in the field of computing power, covering computing power infrastructure, computing power cluster services, computing power maintenance services, and the construction of an intelligent computing power scheduling platform. The two sides will explore the joint construction of an efficient and reliable advanced computing power service system.
