L'Oréal Prices EUR1.75 Billion Bond Offering

11:52 PM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- L'Oréal (OR.PA) priced the offering of a 1.75 billion-euro bond in three tranches, according to a Wednesday release. The offering comprises a 650 million-euro tranche of floating rate bond carrying an annual coupon of three-month Euribor plus 20 basis points and a maturity of two years, a 500 million-euro tranche of 2.5% fixed rate bond with a three-year maturity, and a 600 million-euro tranche of 2.875% fixed rate bond maturing in six years. The cosmetics giant will use the net proceeds from the offer for general corporate purposes, including partial financing of the purchase of a 10% stake in Galderma Group (GALD.SW). The settlement of the offer will take place on Jan. 12, and the notes will be listed on Euronext Paris.
