On January 8, Huiyuan Group issued a statement on re-taking over the Huiyuan brand. Huiyuan Group stated that Beijing Huiyuan, whose assets were stolen by Shanghai Wensheng, all of the juice raw material procurement contracts signed with relevant foundry companies outside the Huiyuan Group system were invalid. Huiyuan's brands have always provided raw materials from the Huiyuan Group's healthy, safe, efficient and stable supply system throughout the entire industry chain. Juice products produced without raw materials provided by Huiyuan Group shall not be sold under the name “Huiyuan”. Beijing Huiyuan, whose assets were stolen by Shanghai Wensheng, is prohibited from signing contracts with downstream dealers for any products not produced by the Huiyuan Group but bearing the Huiyuan brand. Until Shanghai Wensheng has not fully implemented the “Reorganization Investment Agreement” and compensates it for losses caused by breach of contract, Huiyuan Group will exercise its right to defend the corresponding contract in accordance with law and will not continue to perform the “Reorganization Investment Agreement” and all subsidiary contracts under the main contract. In response to Shanghai Wensheng's fundamental breach of the “Reorganization Investment Agreement”, Huiyuan Group has now announced the full takeover of Beijing Huiyuan in accordance with the law. The corresponding orders for Huiyuan juice were also fully taken over by Huiyuan Group.
