The shareholders' meeting authorized the Board of Directors to determine the offering price based on the market price during the offering period after the lapse of 3 months from the date on which the shareholders' meeting resolved to approve the offering of the newly issued shares. The Board of Directors subsequently considered and determined a new offering price of 0.25 baht per share.
