According to these approval documents, Mr. Zhou Feng's qualifications as the bank's executive director and vice chairman have been approved. His term of office starts on January 4, 2026 (that is, the date the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervisory Administration approves the qualifications of its director and vice chairman) until the bank's 3rd board of directors changes. After the term expires, he is eligible for re-election.
