According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Overseas Development (00688) announced that in December 2025, the contract property sales amount of China's overseas affiliated companies was about RMB 39.832 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.0%; the corresponding sales area was about 1,332,400 square meters, an increase of 2.4% year-on-year. From January to December 2025, the cumulative contract property sales amount of China's overseas affiliated companies was about RMB 251,231 billion; the corresponding cumulative sales area was about 10.5608 million square meters, down 19.1% and 8.1% from year to year, respectively. Furthermore, as of December 31, 2025, China's overseas affiliates recorded sales of approximately RMB 2,828 billion in subscribed business sales, which are expected to be converted into contract property sales within the next few months.
