According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongyang Real Estate (01996) announced that the contract sales amount of the company, its subsidiaries and associated companies in December 2025 was RMB 150 million, a year-on-year decrease of 81.3%; the sales area was 11,107 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 13,508 per square meter.

From January to December 2025, the Group achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of RMB 4.33 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 50.91%; the cumulative sales area was 319,397 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 13,559 per square meter.
