Following the resignation of Mr. Veerayooth Bodharamik, who was an authorized director, the signing authority structure has been changed to require any two out of three directors. The authorized directors are Mr. Sang Do Lee, Mr. Jiraparwat Boonyasen, and Ms. Adchara Masa-ard. Any two of the three directors shall jointly sign, together with the affixing of the Company's official seal, to bind the Company. This change shall be effective from 7 January 2026.
