Ocean Group (01991): Zhang Li appointed as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Ocean Group (01991) announced that Dr. Feng Xin has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective January 6, 2026, to spend more time on his personal affairs and other business commitments. Dr. Fung is also no longer serving as the Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and the Company's Nomination Committee.

Mr. Zhang Li and Dato' Dr. Xie Jun have been appointed as independent non-executive directors with effect from January 6, 2026.

Since January 6, 2026: Dr. Fung is no longer the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee; and Dr. Tse has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee respectively. Mr. Cheung has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
