Tietuo Machinery announced that Meade Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to join company employees Huayu, Liu Qi and others to jointly invest in the establishment of Quanzhou Meade Venture Capital. Among them, Mead Capital invested 10,000 yuan, accounting for 0.58% of the partnership share. Huayu, Liu Qi and others invested a total of 1.7 million yuan, accounting for 99.42% of the partnership share. After the establishment of Meade Venture Capital, the company and Meade Venture Capital, Huizhi Intelligence, and Wang Yuetong jointly set up a joint venture to expand the value of intelligent control, with a registered capital of 22 million yuan, the company pledged 11.69 million yuan and held 53.14% of the shares; Mead Venture pledged 1.71 million yuan, holding 7.77% of the shares; and Wang Yuetong pledged 2 million yuan and held 9.09% of the shares.
