Mengcao Ecology (300355.SZ): Abagaqi PPP project terminated early

Zhitong Finance App News, Mengcao Ecology (300355.SZ) announced that the Abagaqi PPP project involving the company's holding subsidiary Abagaqi Emile Ecological Development Co., Ltd. (“Emile Ecology” for short) will be terminated early. Following negotiations between the parties, the “Termination Agreement between the Government and Social Capital Cooperation PPP Project for Greening Projects Around Beligutai Town in Abagaqi” was signed to terminate this PPP project early, and the debts and liabilities were agreed upon. The total cost of the project involved in this debt restructuring confirmation is 95.5694 million yuan. The Abaga Housing and Construction Bureau has paid a total of 248.5775 million yuan, and the project cost has not yet been paid 707.119 million yuan.

According to the termination agreement, the Abaga Housing and Construction Bureau paid 25.16 million yuan before December 31, 2025, 14.25 million yuan before June 30, 2026, 14.25 million yuan before June 30, 2027, and 14.2476 million yuan before June 30, 2028, respectively. After paying a total of 67.9076 million yuan, the company exempted the remaining debt.
