Faxing: The total turnover of Hong Kong's Wolun and Bull and Bear Securities reached HK$4.4945 trillion in 2025, up 55% year-on-year

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Société Générale (Société Générale) said that the total turnover of the Hong Kong market in 2025 reached HK$4.4945 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 55%, a record high since 2021, accounting for about 7.3% of market transactions. Among them, the total turnover of Wolun reached HK$1.903 trillion, up 50% year on year; total turnover of Bull and Bear Securities reached HK$2.5915 trillion, up 58% year on year.

Benefiting from the intense investment climate in the Hong Kong stock market, there was a sharp increase in individual stock rotation transactions. Among them, ATMX license transactions surged by more than 70% year on year; related products such as Bubble Mart (09992), SMIC (00981), and Ningde Era (03750) are also sought after; in terms of US stocks, more investors are paying attention to Nvidia (NVDA.US) and Tesla (TSLA.US).

Cai Xiuhong, director of Faxing's listed product sales department, said that in 2025, trading in the rotating market is hot, and investors will use the characteristics of rotation to capture volatile market conditions and strengthen the US stock rotation deployment. The bank further expanded the coverage of assets related to US stocks and added Broadcom (AVGO.US) and Netflix (NFLX.US) portfolios to meet investors' trading needs other than the “tech giants” of US stocks.
